Been here a bunch of times over the years.
Service is always quick and food is always of consistent quality! I usually get the Satay Beef with Rice Noodle Soup ($7.50), not too spicy, portion is not that big though.
This place is usually not that busy, so usually pretty easy to get seats.
One thing to note is that you can only pay with card if your order is $10+. -

Asked for mango salad with no nuts, just got sliced mango and no peppers and onions as in the picture, sent back and got a few paper thin slivers of green pepper and few slivers on red onion. Fried pineapple rice with beef, was oily, canned pineapple, and frozen carrots and peas. Peas may have had freezer burn. 2 down.
Last dish was a combo with rice wrap, overall it was ok, but chicken had a bit too much grizzle.
Service was poor, some people were very loud complaining about the service. No argument from me.
There are lots better places -

I came to this restaurant twice - once I ordered pho, and the other time my mom ordered their pho. In both incidents, we both felt ill instantly and puked out the food. I reckon their food isn't clean.
I had brought up the issue with the server and he kept saying that you are the first customer telling me that our food isn't clean. When the bill came, the server said I was LUCKY enough to get 10% off the pho this time. Unbelievable! Will never come back again. -

This place likes to rip you off of what you order. It's salty mediocre Vietnamese food and they also advertise that they give you a certain number of pieces in your order then do some math where you receive -1 of what is advertised on the menu.
They also refuse to acknowledge or tell you about it. Do not recommend -

I ordered noodle soup through ubereats. I chose "thin" noodles as my noodle option and placed my order. I get my order and receive thick noodles. I call and ask why i got thick and not thin - he said they ran out of thin noodles. I asked why they didn't call me, he said they were too busy. Ummmm????? He offered credit but i dont ever want to order from here again. He offered to call ubereats for a refund and i hope he follows through with it. I actually HATE thick noodles in my pho....
UPDATE: the restaurant called ubereats to refund me which i got..
